About the packaging, what information you will get.

1. As most of our products are big size in package, we generally recommend shipment by FCL sea freight, and pack the goods by foam film and fix them tightly by rope in container to avoid damage during delivery. 

2. If it's necessary to be shipped by LCL sea freight for small quantity of goods, we will make package strong enough by wooden crate or wooden case to protect the goods from any damage during delivery.

2. Are you manufacturer or trading company ?
We are the manufacturer of staircase, balustrade / railing, we also supply aluminum doors and screens for more than 10 years.
Before delivery, we will have a Installation Test of your purchased goods. We do that to make sure all we offer are in good condition, that is the perfect quality we want to control.

3. What should I provide for a courtyard gate quote?
1) Pls tell us what style or product you like.
2) Provide Some photos and plan drawings.
3) If you have any other special requirements, pls contact us.

4. How to install a courtyard gate?
will use sink head explosion bolts for the installation.and if you supply the project layout and measurements, we will offer shop drawings and provide all the items needed,so you do not need to bother to buy other extra items .and our products do not neet to welding, just use screws.

5. What is your payment?
50% as deposite,50% balance before shipment,we accept T/T,L/C,western union,paypal.

6. What is the delivery time if I make order?
Every product needs to be customized, so the normal delivery time is 30-35 days of receipt of the final payment,ortherwise about 40 days.

2) Offer us your project drawing or purchasing list for our checking.
3) Our team work on the building information, and work out a solution for each product and also quotation.
4) Customer check and confirm the solution and quotation, then sign the PI and arrange deposit.
5) We offer the details shop drawing for each products and customer confirm each shop drawing.
6) Arrange production.
