1. In order to avoid data errors and measurement stability, all exported stairs will be trial-assembled in the workshop, then surface treated, and then packaged and shipped.

2. The glass is packed in a fully sealed plywood box, and the box size is customized according to the standard of seaborne export.

3. The wood step and glass step are also packed in solid wood boxes. Especially for LCL's shipping method, this can reduce the possibility of lost goods while protecting the goods from damage.

A:Yes, we can. We have a team of designers. Our professional designers have rich experience in designing all kinds of wood table tops, worktops & shelving etc.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
A: We can custom 1 PALLET (2cbm) for you according to your request.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: It depends on your project, such as the size, quantity, etc. Normally the lead time  is 25 days.

Q:How do you pack your products ?
A: A strong wrap for each panel, corners reinforced, very safe packaging (plastic bands), fiberboard covering, strong wood pallets, some airbags/wood frames must be put between two pallets, which can stands long-distance sea transportation.
