1. Are you trading company or manufacturing factory?

2. Do you have MOQ?

A: No MOQ required, 1 set staircase are acceptable.
 

3. Which is better, powder coated vs paint or primer?
A: Powder coating finishes are much tougher and thicker than traditional liquid paint or primers. And because they use no harsh solvents like paint, there is zero off gassing or foul chemical odors that frequently are associated with traditionally painted finishes. The bottom line, powder coating is tougher, longer lasting and doesn't smell. Far superior to painted finishes.

6. What are some common IBC requirements?  
A: Common major differences are balusters (or pickets) must be no more than 4" on center spacing, treads must be no less than 7" high and 11" deep and handrails must be no less than 42" high. 

7. How can i get the price?
A: In order to prepare an estimate, all we ask is that you send us a drawing to estimate from.Typically we're looking for a floor plan style drawing with some labeled dimensions. The drawing does not have to be an official architectural drawing and could even just a hand sketch. Photos are always a tremendous help as well.

 

8. How can you guarantee the product quality?

A: We have the quality control system ISO9001:2008, and it's been followed strictly. We also have the professional QC team, and each our package worker will be in charge of the final inspection according to the QC instruction before packing.

9. How about the delivery time?

A: 30-35 days for railing and fittings, 45-50 days for staircase after drawing confirmed& receiving the deposit.
 

10. I'd like to know your Payment terms.

A: Basically, the payment terms are T/T, L/C at sight.
Western Union, Paypal, Money gram, Credit card are acceptable for sample order.
 

11. How can I know how my order is being done?

A: We will inspect and test all items in order to avoid damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.

A: Yes,We will make the shop drawing based on your request and measurements after the order confirmed.

A: All of our stair kits are designed for easy assembly and installation for both the professional contractor or the DIY homeowner. No special tools are required.

1. Damage during shipment, we will ask insurance company to deal with claims;

 

2. If less accessories or material because of our fault, we will send by our charge;

 

3. If any incorrect products according to final drawing, we will reproduce products or get back of payment;

 

4. If damage from imporper installation, we can produce material for free and clients response for shipment.
